Opis:

Corps de logis of the Kozienice Palace. The original neo-classical palace was erected between 1776-1778 for king Stanisław Augustus.^[1] Between 1896-1900 the building was rebuilt in the style of French renaissance (Châteauesque) by Francois Arveuf for Russian baroness Olga von Larski.^[1] The palace was burned by the Germans on September 12, 1939 and eventually pulled down by them between 1940-1941.^[1]
