Pacific Star with BURMA clasp, WW2 Medal awarded to Gerald Rainsford Craddock, RNZAF. bronze medal; six-pointed star; ring suspension; with ribbon obverse- at centre the Royal cypher GRI with VI below; cypher surmounted by a crown superimposed on a circlet which bears the title of the star- THE PACIFIC STAR reverse- plain ribbon- dark green with red edges with yellow stripe, and thin stripes of dark blue and light blue (ribbon designed by King George VI - green and yellow symbolise the forests and beaches; the dark blue represents the Navy, the red the Army and the light blue the Air Force) unnamed
