Opis:

The Georgian flag flies above a military base in Gori, Republic of Georgia, Sept. 6, 2008. The base was badly damaged by an earlier Russian strategic air strike. The U.S. European Commands Joint Humanitarian Assistance Assessment Team is working closely with other elements of the federal government, international governments, aid agencies, and the Republic of Georgia to alleviate the suffering of the Georgian people affected by the conflict.
