Opis:

Statue of Sándor Petőfi (en) in Kiskunfélegyháza by Miklós Köllő. Second half of 19th century. This sculpture was raised to Petőfi Sándor respect in 1897 on Segesvár, the site of his last battle. It got to Hungary under the First World War. Later Romanian politicians claimed it back. The diplomatic negotiations did not entail a success, the sculpture was not put back since then onto his original place.
