Ruggell während der Rheinüberschwemmung von 1927
Am 25. September 1927 brach der Rhein oberhalb der Eisenbahnbrücke Schaan–Buchs aus und ergoss sich in das Schaaner Riet. Die ganze Talebene nördlich von Schaan wurde überflutet. Zwei Menschen kamen ums Leben.
