Opis:

"Samfaina" is a Catalan dish or, more accurately, accompaniment, containing some typical Mediterranean vegetables as eggplant, courgette, onion, red pepper, Italian green pepper, chopped garlic, grated tomatoes, olive oil and sometimes a small quantity of typical Catalan herbs as chopped parsley, thyme or rosemary. Vegetables are lightly fried in olive oil.
