Opis:

A traditional Styrian Easter Basket, ready for "Speisenweihe" (food lustration) on Holy Saturday. In Styria, this is more commonly called "Fleischweihe" (meat lustration), even though that is not the official catholic term. A typical basket will always contain a large piece of ham (in this photo it is vacuum-sealed), a loaf of bread and some eggs. Other foods may be added at the discretion of the owner.
