Opis:

A demonstration in Strasbourg on 23 November 2014 against the merger of Alsace, Champagne-Ardennes, and Lorraine regions to form a new region. The merger is part of a territorial reform to reduce the number of regions in France. The merger has been especially unpopular in Alsace, which has a strong cultural identity. "Non a la fusion" is "No to the merger".
