The Red Sea (Jun. 4, 2003) -- The amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD-3) steams in the Gulf of Aqaba while providing support for the President’s visit to Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt and Aqaba, Jordan for summits with Arab leaders. Kearsarge is on its way home from deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
