Dean Vesely, commanding officer of guided-missile destroyer USS Forrest Sherman (DDG 98), gives a tour to the President of Comoros Ahmed Abdallah Mohamed Sambi and U.S. Ambassador to Madagascar, Mauritius, and Comoros, Niels R. Marquardt as the ship transits off the coast of the east African island nation. Forrest Sherman is the first U.S. Navy ship to visit the region in more than 30 years.
