- Locality: Saranovskii Mine (Saranovskoe), Saranovskaya (Sarany) Village, Gorozavodskii area, Permskaya Oblast', Middle Urals, Urals Region, Russia (Locality at mindat.org)
- What I love about this uvarovite is that it is NOT the typical druse of micro-crystals, but ISOLATED, clearly visible INDIVIDUAL crystals measuring to about 2 mm! They show the most incredible, lustrous deep green color, too. 4.3 x 4.2 x 1.1 cm
