Opis:

Neo-baroque style staircase of the Kronenberg Palace in Warsaw. The stairs were made of white Carrara marble, the walls were covered with cherry marbelization by a renowned stucco decorator Detoma. The interior was adorned with mirrors, lamps of gilded bronze, sculptures and paintings. Burned down in September 1939 as a result of severe aerial bombardment by the Germans (incendiary bombing).^[1]
