BONE MARROW: ACUTE MYELOBLASTIC LEUKEMIA, MINIMALLY DIFFERENTIATED (AML-M0)

The blasts in this bone marrow specimen lack differentiating features and are nonreactive for SBB and MPO. More than 20 percent of the blasts expressed CD13 and CD33. The blasts were TdT negative and nonreactive with antibodies to lymphocytes. (Wright-Giemsa stain)
